Në çdo njeri fshihet një histori e rëndë,
por jo çdo gojë ka forcë ta tregojë.
Shpirti mban mberthyer në kthetrat e tij një peshë,
që do donte ta hiqte si me magji.
Mban të lidhur si me zinxhir një faj, një peng,
një dashuri të fshehur, një ngjarje të rëndë, një brengë.
Një histori që e ka thyer rëndë,
por nuk gjen forcë që ta çlirojë.
Flet nën zë: “Jam mirë”,
por kerruset pa u ndjerë.
Dhe ecën para duke u përpjekur ta lërë mbrapa,
por ajo peshë e bën shpirtin të rëndojë.

Inside every person hides a heavy story,
but not every mouth has the strength to tell it.
The soul holds fast a weight in its claws,
wishing it could remove it as if by magic.
It binds a fault, a burden,
a hidden love, a heavy event, a sorrow.
A story that has broken it deeply,
yet it finds no strength to set it free.
It whispers: “I am fine,”
but carries the burden unnoticed.
And it moves forward, striving to leave it behind,
yet that weight makes the soul grow heavy.
