Nozima
Nozima, you came on Eid so bright,
Filling our home with joy and light,
Your parents’ love surrounds you tight,
Welcome, dear, our heart’s delight.
Your mother, like an angel pure,
Prayed for you with faith so sure,
When she held you, soft and small,
She thanked Allah, Lord of all.
Nozima, like a shining star,
You’re your father’s joy by far,
He would lay the world at your feet,
Just to hear your “Daddy” sweet.
Nozima, your grandma dear,
Guards you close and keeps you near,
One small smile upon your face,
Fills her prayers with love and grace.
Nozima, little angel bright,
Grandpa’s joy and heart’s delight,
When he sees you, eyes will gleam,
Holding you like a precious dream.
You were awaited with so much care,
Now joy and laughter fill the air,
Light is shining in each eye,
Thanks to Allah, praises high.
Nozima, your name was given,
With a wish your life be heaven,
“Be the happiest,” your father said,
“I’ll stand strong where you are led.”
Nozima, my little one,
You don’t know me yet, dear one,
Still, your aunt writes you this rhyme,
Filled with joy and love in time.
